How quickly do we ship?
Monday to Friday:
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. If you place your order and pay for it Monday through Friday by 12 noon, we will typically ship it the same day for next-day delivery.
Saturdays, non-working days and holidays:
are normally shipped on the first business day following the day on which the order was placed.

Product returns
You have the right to return the purchased product within 30 days of receiving the shipment (right of withdrawal from the sales contract).
Refunds may take from 3 to 14 days, subject to legal requirements. However, we strive to process refunds within 3-4 days of receipt.
