Returns

You have the right to return the purchased product within 30 days of receiving the shipment (right of withdrawal from the sales contract).

To make a return:

1. Complete the returns form and pack it in the parcel along with the goods you are complaining about. You can download the form  HERE . If you don't have a printer or don't want to use our form, please prepare your return yourself. However, we encourage you to use our pre-printed form, which will make your return much easier.

2. Send the package . Send the return yourself to the address of the warehouse that processes our orders: Returns Melissa Polska, ul. Żmigrodzka 242D, 51-180 Wrocław .

Please do not send us parcels with the "cash on delivery" option - we do not have the technical capability to receive such a parcel.

3. Wait to information from our website about the receipt and processing of the return

The refund period may be from 3 to 14 days , as specified by law. However, we strive to refund funds within a maximum of 3-4 days from the date of receipt of the return.

If you want to check whether your parcel has safely reached our customer service, you can do so on the website of the carrier through which you sent the parcel.
