Monday to Friday:

Product returns
You have the right to return the purchased product within 30 days of receiving the shipment (right of withdrawal from the sales contract).
Refunds may take from 3 to 14 days, subject to legal requirements. However, we strive to process refunds within 3-4 days of receipt.
